Who doesn't love beauty sleep and glowing skin?
As we all know that beauty sleep makes our
skin look healthier and glowing, Beauty sleep is nothing but sleeping with
a free and happy mind.
Applying
costly products on the skin doesn't make sense for having glowing and radiant
skin, they may get a glow from the outside but they can't give the true glow.
Proper sleep
will make your skin glow like a full moon and also keeps you healthy and happy
Now all of us keep thinking that how can we sleep
properly with these tensions and stress.
Here, I just want to say about my improper periods of sleep every
day I used to suffer from lots of tension, workload and stress so I can't able
to sleep properly because of this I got health problems at a very young age and
doctors told me because of improper periods of sleep you are suffering from
health issues and also realized that I got skin problems like acne,
pigmentation & undereye darkness etc.
Here, I am saying
about my situation but so many members have gone through depression and also
many things in our daily life like disagreements and humiliations etc. may lead
to sleepless nights.
Don’t worry
guys we are all travelling on the same boat let’s lock our helping hands
together to overcome this state.
Here, I thought of sharing 5 easy steps for proper
beauty sleep that makes my life healthy and happy.
And
I want everyone's life too…..
1. Write all about the day of good and bad in
a diary and then sleep with a free mind.

This will help you to share
your feelings and there is no one to judge your feelings.
·
By the way, it is trustworthy,
if you share it with any person there might be a chance of betrayal of your
trust.
·
According to psychology, every
living being had feelings and they become lighter whenever they share them with
others.
·
We all know that books are our
best friends, you can pen down your feelings and also by reading books you can
find solutions to many problems.
2. Avoid using gadgets at least 2 hours before
sleep.
·
This will help people who are
working for 6-7 hours daily on-screen if they avoid using gadgets at their
bedtime might have pleasant sleep.
·
Keeping gadgets under your
pillows might have a radiation effect which will affect the nerves of your brain.
·
Watching gadgets in dim light
will cause eyesight.
.
·
Many skin problems will occur
under eye darkness, brown spots, hyperpigmentation, and photoaging.
3. Listen to your favourite music without
using a headset and earphones.
·
Yes, listening to a piece of
good music makes your mind pleasant.
·
Listening to music using
earphones or a headset will lead to some harmful effects like Hearing loss,
Dizziness etc.
·
According to my knowledge slow
music or classical music is much relaxing and this will give you pleasant
sleep.
·
Music improves sleep by calming
parts of the autonomic nervous system, leading to slower breathing, lower heart
rate and reduced blood pressure.
4. Keep your favourite fragrances near your
bed.
·
It will significantly affect
your mood and makes you happy and pleasant.
·
It will reduce your stress and
makes relax your muscles
·
If we see hotels and Airbnb
hosts use bedroom-specific scents to achieve better sleep.
·
Some of the scents like
jasmine, camphor and lavender are known for their calming properties and can
help you fall asleep faster and have a night of deeper, better quality sleep.
5. Good mattresses make you sleep well and
also wake up with healthy skin.

A good mattress can make all
the difference in how your body and mind feel after you awake.
·
As we are living in an advanced
age of science and technology we should have access to great sleep.
·
A bad mattress will lead to
back aches, obesity, heart conditions, memory issues, premature ageing etc.
